Probably not. Most brands are absent from most answers — that is the finding, not a fault. If competitors are being named for the same question, the measurement worked.

Why does one assistant name us and another ignore us?

Common, and usually the most useful thing in the report. Assistants draw on different sources. We show which page won the answer in each one.

How long before a change shows up?

Days to weeks, depending on how quickly an assistant re-reads your site. Whysaid keeps checking and tells you when it moves.

Do I need to install anything on my website?

No. Tracking answers requires nothing on your site. The optional tag is only for connecting changes to visits and sales.

Can I cancel?

Any time. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.
