Privacy
Short version: we store the account you create and the brands you ask us to track. We do not follow you around the internet, we sell nothing to anyone, and the apps collect nothing from your device.
What we store
- Your account — email, your plan, and your password stored only as a bcrypt hash. We never hold the password itself.
- What you ask us to track — brand names, websites, competitors, and the buyer questions we put to assistants.
- What we measured — the answers assistants gave, the sources they cited, and any changes we drafted for you.
- Usage counts — so we can bill correctly.
What the apps collect from your device
Nothing. The iOS and macOS apps contain no analytics, no advertising SDKs and no tracking of any kind. Your login token is held in the system Keychain and leaves the device only as an authorisation header to our own API.
The optional tracking tag
Only if you add it to your own site. It records a page path, an event type and an order value. It does not store IP addresses, does not fingerprint devices, and sets no advertising cookies.
Other services we use
To answer your questions we send them to AI providers (currently Anthropic and OpenAI) under their commercial API terms. We send the question, not your account details.
Your data is yours
Ask and we will export everything we hold about you, or delete it. Deletion removes your account, brands, measurements and drafts. Email [email protected].
Changes
If this changes materially we will say so here and email account holders.
