How do I track whether my brand appears in ChatGPT and Claude answers?

You cannot scrape an AI answer the way you scrape a search results page — there are no positions and no result list. You track it by asking: put your buyers' real questions to each assistant on a schedule, and record whether you are named, where you rank, and who appears instead. Check each assistant separately — the same brand is often named by one and invisible to another.

Step 1 — We work out what your buyers ask

You give us your brand and your website. We read the site, work out what you sell and who you compete with, and write the questions a real buyer would type into an assistant — things like "best CRM for a small agency", not "what is Acme". A brand always wins its own name; that tells you nothing.

Step 2 — We ask, on a schedule

We put those questions to each assistant the way a new customer would, with no history and no personalisation, and record four things: whether you were named, where you came in the list, what tone was used about you, and which competitors appeared.

Step 3 — We find out why

This is the part other tools skip. We fetch every source the assistant cited and score how strongly each one shaped the answer. So instead of "you were not mentioned", you get "this review site produced that sentence, and here is the page that beat you".

Step 4 — We write the change

You get the actual content, not advice about content. Before it reaches you, we check the assumption behind it against the live web — if the reason for the change turns out not to be true, we throw the draft away and tell you why.

Step 5 — We prove it

After the change goes live we ask the same questions again and show the before and after. Connect any traffic source you already have — a one-line tag, your analytics, or your store — and we do the same comparison on visits and sales.

We report that as a measured before-and-after, and we say so plainly: other things happen in the same weeks. It is strong evidence, not a laboratory result.
