Bought on the web

Cancel any time — access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. If Whysaid did not do what it said it would, email [email protected] and we will refund the current month. We would rather refund you than argue.

Bought in the app

Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple, and refunds are requested from Apple, not from us — use reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue or reverse an App Store charge. Cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

Credit packs

Credits are consumable. Unused credits stay on your account and do not expire while the account is open. Credits already spent on completed work are not refundable, but if a check failed on our side the credit is returned automatically — you do not have to ask.

Annual or invoiced plans

Agency and enterprise arrangements are handled directly. Email us.
